As part of the Services on this Site, you may access a practitioner directory that identifies TDR practitioners and allows you to contact these practitioners in the event you chose to do so. We have verified that the listed practitioners have competency in The Divine Reveal Process, however we claim no responsibility or liability for the practitioners listed in the directory or any content, information, goods or services provided by practitioners in connection with the Site. Before contacting any practitioner through the directory or otherwise through the Site, you should make whatever investigations and inquiries you deem necessary or appropriate, and you acknowledge that should you choose to engage a practitioner through the Site, you are doing so at your own risk.
Practitioners
As part of the Services on the Site, you may sign up and register as a TDR Practitioner and request placement on the practitioner directory made available on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible and liable and bear all risks for any services provided to users that contact you through the Site. Under no circumstances will The Divine Reveal be liable in any way for any your conduct or actions in connection with the Site or any users that contact you through the Site.
Waiver
You agree to forever release, waive and discharge Malka Ahern, The Divine Reveal Team and any volunteers from any and all legal claims and liability, without limitation. This includes, but is not limited to any and all types of misunderstanding; conclusions reached; injury; loss; damage; or disruption at any time. This also includes, but is not limited to, any and all cases of inaccuracy, error or omission occurring directly or indirectly in relation to your involvement with my website and all course events.
